Very poor experience. Was told manager would call the next morning to discuss a problem and never heard from them therefore car never got fixed. Then when called to ask for the manager, he claims he knew nothing about it.

couple of pointers....use a checklist, send it to the customer so they can get everything ready instead of having to "one by one" text or email needed documents. This would be very beneficial especially to those buying over the phone or in other towns, such as myself. Secondly, if delivering a vehicle make sure there are not red bug splatters on the car from delivering it, mabye a quick wash before delivery, clean the inside windshield from stuff that was peeled of during acquisition, and even if it is an ev vehicle at least charge it to 80% not deliver it to the customer with 30% and no charging cord. EVERY ev sold should come with at least a 110v charging cord, instead of here u go, u have to go charge it now...somewhere...(all which was done to me). The funding was easy to get with good rates, the gentleman who did mine was newer (and young) but that was ok, we all have to learn our jobs and he was mostly competent and knowlegeable. I can attest that a couple of these are superficial and not that big of a deal but thats what would make me come back to this dealership instead of an in-town one. Attention to details go a long way in customer satisfaction, and a few small tweaks you would have a 5 star rating.

Had to wait far too long for a vehicle with 7000 miles on it that was totally disabled to get fixed. Our vehicles are more than a mode of transportation; we ranch and rely on vehicles to be dependable. it's how we make a living. For a new vehicle to be down this long is completely unacceptable, will most likely affect my future purchases.

Truck was returned with a missing screw for hub cover on brand new aftermarket wheels. Wheel manufacturer does not sell replacement parts. Oil life % not reset. Tires rotated, but pressure not adjusted (different front and rear manufacturer recommended). Does not appear other fluids were checked or refilled. Truck was dropped off at 7:05-7:10am, and I received a text a 7:40am the truck was ready. Definitely a rushed and haphazard job.

I was getting warranty work done but use oil change services. That display was so unprofessional and would never want that tech working on my vehicle.

Told would take an hour but had to go to dealership after two hours as when I tried calling always went to voicemail. Vehicle wasn’t ready as they were waiting for call from me. Told them I had called back but had to leave voicemail. Technician was waiting for answer from me which I had called back about 5 minutes later. Tried telling me I was calling wrong number so I called it while I was standing there then excuse was we can’t always check our voicemails. Said need to find another way for customer to call technician back so they can finish their work. Won’t go back to this dealership.

I have always had good service at Whites Frontier. I have purchased numerous vehicles from the dealership and taken all of them there for service. Most recently I took one of my vehicles in for an oil change and rotate on 4/21. Upon pickup my wife drove the vehicle home and the check engine light came on. The following day I took in another one of my vehicles for oil and fuel filter change. When complete I started the vehicle and the check engine light came on. I had the staff pull the code in both vehicles and it was determined during service the techs that serviced the pickup broke a sensor wire when checking the air filter and when servicing the XT4 did not reassemble the air cleaner box properly causing a rich fuel indication. A routine oil change ended up causing me 6 hours out of my day. I would like to note, the two service managers Tori, Brandon and the ASE mechanic Dane were great and have always been every time I bring in a vehicle. In conclusion the tech or techs that changed the oil and and performed the service in my two vehicles did not take their time servicing the vehicles thus causing damage to one and incomplete assembly to the other. Dane, Tori and Brandon ensured the situation was corrected however it did cause the customer 6 hours out of his day. Would definitely recommend ensuring the techs are properly trained and double check their work before releasing the vehicle back to the customer. This raises concern the next time I bring a vehicle in for service. Please feel free to reach out to me if there are any questions.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. From the beginning it was bad. Confirmed an appointment via text to find out I had no appointment. Service people could not rotate tires. Ask for windshield wiper to be replaced and was told it wasn’t necessary. Never heard that one since I knew I was having trouble with it.

Took my vehicle in for a couple warranty issues. Some were addressed others not. And were said to be 100% working. I left for 1 hour and had to return vehicle for the faulty part. They agreed this time the issue is real. The service dept woman is unpleasant and very difficult to have a simple conversation with. She is very defensive and I felt rude. Lacy inside is absolutely amazing very helpful and has the customers interest at heart. The service dept head was very understanding and wanted his customer happy. Just wish the service would listen more when an issue is addressed. I understand they have a due diligence for warranty repairs. But this issue was never addressed fully hence an appt is being made 1 hour after picking up my vehicle and I asked before leaving the shop is my running board going to work and was told 100%.

Where do I start, this dealership is so disappointing with so many issues that it just wants me to get rid of my GMC and go over to another manufacturer. Firstly my truck was captured on my wife's name and I lost GM reward points, took plenty of effort to get this rectified, secondly booking or scheduling a service visit is just a joke and frustrating, from never been able to get someone to help you and having to move mountains to get service to not using the online booking portal to having to repeat yourself all the time from when you call to when you bring in your vehicle and everything is written on paper, in what world in the 21st century. Then comes the extremely poor communication and lies of what really is going on with one's vehicle when its at the dealership for a service or even diagnostics. On top of this the service manager just doesn't care, when approached to speak about a problem, I was told he doesn't have time to help me as he is going into a meeting and I need to make it quick. I have logged a complaint with GM and still have not received a meeting or call from the dealer principal. Thr only good experience I have had was from the sales and parts departments. So guess where you problem lies, sad that everyone in the community has the same to say as i do about this dealership. Guess this survey will go unchecked like all the other.

My check engine light came on and I saw that it was an Emissions error. I called Whites service desk and talked with Tori Beck Service Manager. Tori told me to come in and she let the diagnostic team know I was coming in. I arrived Whites about four hours later and Tori got me checked out and verified the emissions DEF build up was causing the problem. Technician cleaned the sensors and had me back on the road a few hours later.

I booked my appointment online and they were overbooked but had no problem taking care of me. All services were excellent oil and filter changed tires rotated and proper air pressure added then sensors were reset. Everything was done properly. Staff was nice with a great attitude.

Brought in my vehicle on a Monday late afternoon and they immediately addressed my concern. By end of business day they told me the issue and said it would be done by Thursday morning. It was completed by Wednesday end of day. So far no leaks and everything working as it should. My first time there. I will return for any other vehicle issues.

Way too expensive for an oil change an8 d tire rotation. Nice gentleman told me a new air filter was 49.95. Too much but I was ok with. Looked at the bill after and was charged over 80. 250 is silly for the total bill. Iove the place but nobody is going to these prices.
