Excellent experience. Vanya Montgomery met me outside and from then on it was all a very pleasant, easy, and enjoyable transaction. She answered all my questions on the vehicle and explained all options available in the financing and discounts I could get. She was very personable , friendly, and showed she cared about the customer and having a good experience. I will definitely be using her for any of my future purchases. Lacy Jensen in finance was very helpful as well and broke down the financing for me answering any questions I had. Also, very friendly and cares about the customer experience. I would have to say this is the easiest and best experience I've had buying a vehicle.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. From the beginning it was bad. Confirmed an appointment via text to find out I had no appointment. Service people could not rotate tires. Ask for windshield wiper to be replaced and was told it wasn’t necessary. Never heard that one since I knew I was having trouble with it.

All was very professional. The salesman Vanya is so polite and went the extra mile to make sure we learned all thee features of our new equinox. We just love our new purchase. And thank all involved with our purchase. Thank you Whites.

Tori was very helpful. When I dropped off my vehicle there was a young employee whining about working and claimed to be moving slow and glad he had an entire hour to rotate tires. I was getting warranty work done but use oil change services. That display was so unprofessional and would never want that tech working on my vehicle.

Had to wait far too long for a vehicle with 7000 miles on it that was totally disabled to get fixed. Our vehicles are more than a mode of transportation; we ranch and rely on vehicles to be dependable. it's how we make a living. For a new vehicle to be down this long is completely unacceptable, will most likely affect my future purchases.

You can't even put a window sticker in the truck that you changed the oil in. Makes me wonder what else you didn't do.

Where do I start, this dealership is so disappointing with so many issues that it just wants me to get rid of my GMC and go over to another manufacturer. Firstly my truck was captured on my wife's name and I lost GM reward points, took plenty of effort to get this rectified, secondly booking or scheduling a service visit is just a joke and frustrating, from never been able to get someone to help you and having to move mountains to get service to not using the online booking portal to having to repeat yourself all the time from when you call to when you bring in your vehicle and everything is written on paper, in what world in the 21st century. Then comes the extremely poor communication and lies of what really is going on with one's vehicle when its at the dealership for a service or even diagnostics. On top of this the service manager just doesn't care, when approached to speak about a problem, I was told he doesn't have time to help me as he is going into a meeting and I need to make it quick. I have logged a complaint with GM and still have not received a meeting or call from the dealer principal. Thr only good experience I have had was from the sales and parts departments. So guess where you problem lies, sad that everyone in the community has the same to say as i do about this dealership. Guess this survey will go unchecked like all the other.

Truck was returned with a missing screw for hub cover on brand new aftermarket wheels. Wheel manufacturer does not sell replacement parts. Oil life % not reset. Tires rotated, but pressure not adjusted (different front and rear manufacturer recommended). Does not appear other fluids were checked or refilled. Truck was dropped off at 7:05-7:10am, and I received a text a 7:40am the truck was ready. Definitely a rushed and haphazard job.

Vanya was great to work with and helped with every step from test driving vehicles, finding the right vehicle and setting up all the features of the vehicle. We will be coming back to her for any future purchases.

I have always had good service at Whites Frontier. I have purchased numerous vehicles from the dealership and taken all of them there for service. Most recently I took one of my vehicles in for an oil change and rotate on 4/21. Upon pickup my wife drove the vehicle home and the check engine light came on. The following day I took in another one of my vehicles for oil and fuel filter change. When complete I started the vehicle and the check engine light came on. I had the staff pull the code in both vehicles and it was determined during service the techs that serviced the pickup broke a sensor wire when checking the air filter and when servicing the XT4 did not reassemble the air cleaner box properly causing a rich fuel indication. A routine oil change ended up causing me 6 hours out of my day. I would like to note, the two service managers Tori, Brandon and the ASE mechanic Dane were great and have always been every time I bring in a vehicle. In conclusion the tech or techs that changed the oil and and performed the service in my two vehicles did not take their time servicing the vehicles thus causing damage to one and incomplete assembly to the other. Dane, Tori and Brandon ensured the situation was corrected however it did cause the customer 6 hours out of his day. Would definitely recommend ensuring the techs are properly trained and double check their work before releasing the vehicle back to the customer. This raises concern the next time I bring a vehicle in for service. Please feel free to reach out to me if there are any questions.

The entire buying process was extremely smooth and efficient. Vanya Montgomery was excellent; she truly listened to our needs, offered helpful options, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. She made the experience stress-free by walking us through the setup and explaining all the features of our new car. I highly recommend working with her, and I especially appreciated that the transaction didn't take all day.

Oh my God, where do I began. My wife and I were moving from Washington state to Tennessee and our 1998 Chevrolet 1500 broke down on the way. We barely got it to Whites Frontier dealership. The moment we arrived the Service Advisor Tori Beck assured us that we would be taken care of. She was a breath of fresh air, considering we had two dogs and a cat 90 degree weather, panic sets in. We had another truck following, so we all pilled in and on our way to Tennessee. Tori kept in constant contact on the troubles of our truck, bad fuel pump. It took about two weeks until our truck was finished. We headed off 1,200 miles back to dealership. We arrive, paid our bill and said our thank you's. We headed West 100 miles to pick up our things that we put in storage prior, to get some of the load off our poorly running truck. On our way to storage the truck breaks down again! I called Tori and let her know our situation. She immediately sent a tow truck on their way. Again, we arrive back to dealership. We were so upset and just want to get back home to Tennessee. Tori was so kind and understanding she promised us that first thing in the morning our truck would go right in. The next day Master Mechanic Bryan worked on our truck. It took him about 5 hours. He found several issues and also showed us the problems. Bryan made it clear that he would not let our truck go until everything has been looked at thoroughly. He didn't want us to be stranded again. I can't say enough about the staff at this dealership!! Every one there was AMAIZING!! Tori gave one of the greatest customer service experience we ever had in a overwhelming situation, we couldn't thank her enough. Bryan was amazing in finding all the Gremlins in our truck, he was adamant about getting us back on the road safe. BAR NONE, EPIC, INCREDABLE experience we have ever had with a dealership!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

We had routine maintenance work done on 2 vehicles. Appointments were easy to set up and the service was excellent.

Quick and painless.

Brought in my vehicle on a Monday late afternoon and they immediately addressed my concern. By end of business day they told me the issue and said it would be done by Thursday morning. It was completed by Wednesday end of day. So far no leaks and everything working as it should. My first time there. I will return for any other vehicle issues.

Way too expensive for an oil change an8 d tire rotation. Nice gentleman told me a new air filter was 49.95. Too much but I was ok with. Looked at the bill after and was charged over 80. 250 is silly for the total bill. Iove the place but nobody is going to these prices.

Had a 7:00 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Didn’t hear from anyone though out the day, so at 4:30 pm I stopped by the service center and ask if my vehicle was ready. I don’t believe it takes 9 1/2 hours to perform this service. I expect way better service from a dealership. Just saying.

I booked my appointment online and they were overbooked but had no problem taking care of me. All services were excellent oil and filter changed tires rotated and proper air pressure added then sensors were reset. Everything was done properly. Staff was nice with a great attitude.

Had an oil leak that I believe was missed on the carbravo inspection. Should have been covered by warranty but I went over the 1000 miles. They did pay half after I complained. But service was way overpriced. Not sure I'll be returning as a customer

Ted H. our salesman and Skyler W. General sales manager were a pleasure to work with! The transition from one truck to the other was very smooth. We had follow up question several times the next week and they both answered very quickly.

Fast service and polite people. Service manager went over inspection and future maintenance needs.

I had no appointment and they got me in and replaced my water pump and serpentine belt that day.

Took my vehicle in for a couple warranty issues. Some were addressed others not. And were said to be 100% working. I left for 1 hour and had to return vehicle for the faulty part. They agreed this time the issue is real. The service dept woman is unpleasant and very difficult to have a simple conversation with. She is very defensive and I felt rude. Lacy inside is absolutely amazing very helpful and has the customers interest at heart. The service dept head was very understanding and wanted his customer happy. Just wish the service would listen more when an issue is addressed. I understand they have a due diligence for warranty repairs. But this issue was never addressed fully hence an appt is being made 1 hour after picking up my vehicle and I asked before leaving the shop is my running board going to work and was told 100%.

All went well. Fast and friendly service.

Casper (whites mountain Chevrolet) tried to rip us off on a warranty repair. We called you guys and spoke with Tony and Tori who honored the warranty and only charged us for the transmission mount which needed replaced and isn’t a part of the warranty. They also fixed a bent shock mount to our pleasant surprise that me and my son was planning to repair when we got the truck back. When a mechanic shop is honest and upfront with me, I’m always willing to give them repeat business when I need a mechanic. Frontier exceeded my expectations and I was definitely worth the two hour drive from Casper.

This is the fastest I have ever been in and out of a dealership buying a new vehicle. Lacy in finance was great and had all my paperwork ready and waiting when I got there. Working with Austin ahead of time on exactly what I wanted for my new vehicle was easy and he kept in contact throughout the process. Coming from out of town I did not want to spend my whole day waiting, and I definately did not have to. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. We were traveling on vacation and had a hydrawlic pump fail on my 2026 chevy 2500 . They were able to repair it right away , and we were back on the road .

Told would take an hour but had to go to dealership after two hours as when I tried calling always went to voicemail. Vehicle wasn’t ready as they were waiting for call from me. Told them I had called back but had to leave voicemail. Technician was waiting for answer from me which I had called back about 5 minutes later. Tried telling me I was calling wrong number so I called it while I was standing there then excuse was we can’t always check our voicemails. Said need to find another way for customer to call technician back so they can finish their work. Won’t go back to this dealership.

My check engine light came on and I saw that it was an Emissions error. I called Whites service desk and talked with Tori Beck Service Manager. Tori told me to come in and she let the diagnostic team know I was coming in. I arrived Whites about four hours later and Tori got me checked out and verified the emissions DEF build up was causing the problem. Technician cleaned the sensors and had me back on the road a few hours later.

The service department is terrible about doing what they say they are gonna do. Constantly tell you they will call you back and never do. Everything they do is at the pace of a snail. Had my truck for over a month, called and told me it was done, charged me almost $3000 and when I shown up to pick it up, nothing was fixed.

New motor installation , it was seamless it was flawless the work was great the service was the best and my truck runs excellent I'm so appreciative thankful and happy
